Are you an enthusiastic communications professional with the potential to build strong relations internally and to effectively co-ordinate external media relations? Do you have the know-how required to prepare and deploy engaging internal communication plans, together with experience of communicating key messages about the organisation both effectively and consistently?

You will perform a combination of the following tasks:

• contribute to the development and execution of engaging strategies to improve internal communication; ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to EDQM colleagues;
• set up, maintain and revamp, when necessary, our internal communication channels and keep them up-to-date;
• collaborate with others to gather relevant information; create engaging content for internal communication materials with the aim of improving cohesion and increasing engagement across the Organisation;
• contribute to and co-ordinate the organisation of internal events and the communication surrounding them;
• set up and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists and relevant key opinion leaders in the public health sector;
• gather input for and ensuring distribution of press releases, media kits and other materials for media distribution;
• monitor media coverage, analyse trends and provide recommendations for enhancing the EDQM’s reputation and brand perception;
• assist crisis communication efforts when necessary by providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
