Job Summary:
This varied and interesting role covers a broad range of areas. It includes responding to the needs of our members across the world, helping them to engage with each other, supporting the preparation and delivery of on-line and in-person events, managing member administration.

We hope you are technology savvy and keen to work in a small, cheerful and motivated team, improving our ability to provide excellent service to our members.

Member Engagement:
You will coordinate and engage our members across various channels including our own communication platform, monthly online calls, and various in-person conferences. You will engage with the speakers for these events, enabling discussions and the exchange of know-how. You will help maintain a trusted environment where our members feel valued and supported.

Member Services:
You will be a UNIBA Partners’ ambassador, promoting our values and making sure our members are delighted with their membership in our organisation.
You’ll assist with onboarding new members and their staff and will respond to their enquiries. You will help our members develop an acute awareness of how we can support their business.
You will make sure that our member database is up to date.

Network Events:
We aim to deliver unforgettable in-person experiences for our members.
You will assist with all aspects of our conferences – from planning (destination search, registration & delegate management, hotel & flight reservations, visa applications, etc) to coordinating onsite during our major annual events. This role requires occasional travel - recent annual conferences have taken place in Dublin, Casablanca, Bangkok, Vienna, Barcelona, and London.

BCorp Certification:
As part of our contribution to our environment and our community, we are hoping to apply for BCorp certification in 2025. You will help us plan and take the lead on coordinating change required to successfully apply.

Our office language is 100% English – full proficiency of written and verbal English language is vital.
