Regulatory Affairs Internship
IPEC Europe asbl is looking for an intern in Regulatory Affairs to support our team.
Created in 1992, the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council Europe, is a not-for-profit association bringing together suppliers and users of excipients in Europe. We are a unique forum for members to exchange good practices and develop harmonised standards for pharmaceutical excipients. Key responsibilities :
- Track, analyse, and report on EU regulatory developments impacting the pharmaceutical excipients sector.
- Contribute to the drafting of briefs, position papers, and other materials on priority issues for the industry.
- Participate in meetings and events with members and relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of the IPEC Europe regulatory affairs strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in European Affairs, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- Background or strong interest in the health or pharmaceutical sector is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collaborative platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
