FEDIOL, the association representing the European vegetable oil and protein meal industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant, full time, temporary contract (replacement), Brussels-based
Main accountabilities:
- Assist managers with the organization of their agenda, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in coordinating and supporting meetings and events (select/coordinate venues, arrange catering, book travel & accommodation, manage registrations, create badges, welcome and support participants, ...).
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Data / file management (contact lists, documents, incoming information, scientific data collections);
- Office stock management;
Skills:
- Ability to work autonomously and to integrate in a team
- Dynamic, motivated, organized, precise and attentive to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (working language)
